Matt Schweighart founded Quantum Property Management, LLC in 2014, and has since acquired nearly 250,000 square feet of retail and office space under management. This includes the property management and oversight of over 35 tenants encompassing several shopping centers and out lot parcels. As a Broker, Matt is responsible for working closely with tenants on site selection and lease negotiations. Matt earned his B.B.A. with a double major in Entrepreneurship and Venture Management and Marketing from the University of Oklahoma. He is an active Certified Commercial Investment Member candidate.
Mark Schweighart started Quantum Development in 1999 after nearly a 20 year career in the grocery business spanning several companies including Kroger, and wholesalers SUPREVALU and Fleming Foods. While at SUPERVALU Mark was a store engineer, retail counselor and director of store development. During this time, he earned his Certified Professional Supermarket Designer certification and Certified Financial Planner designation. Mark left SUPERVALU to become Corporate Director of Store Development in Oklahoma City for Fleming Foods overseeing more than 40 divisions nationally. This success created an opportunity to establish Quantum Development, focusing on building grocery anchored shopping centers working closely with retailers. Throughout his career Mark has assisted grocery retailers to develop and implement successful market growth strategies. His construction management experience and analytical approach to growing retailers market share has led to tenured relationships and repeat projects with numerous tenants.
Lindsey has more than 14 years of accounting and analytical experience, specializing in commercial real estate and property management. She is responsible for portfolio analysis, financial reporting and debt compliance. She is a licensed real estate agent. Lindsey earned a BA from the University of Oklahoma.
